The Jarrow website will cease to function week beginning 22nd June as the current programme used to create and maintain the website will soon be obsolete. Hopefully a new website can be created in the future to meet our ever-changing needs.

St Mary’s Cathedral Maintenance Work. Changes to Mass Location: 13th April - 4th June
Due to a 3 day overrun to works, the Cathedral will now open on THURSDAY 4TH JUNE AT 12.05PM
Essential work to replace lighting and improve the sound system requires temporary closure of the main body of the church. Cathedral Masses will move to city centre churches. The Pauline Bookshop and Cloisters Café will continue to operate usual opening times. Mary’s Place remains open Mondays 10am –1pm.
Cathedral Mass locations:
Sunday 9.30am & 11.30am - St Michael’s
Sunday 6.30pm - St Dominic’s
Mon – Fri 12:05pm & Sat 10am Mass - St Andrew’s
Any additional Masses will move to a city centre church – see website.
